About Yoga & Pilates

At MacAskill Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, we are working on ways to calm your body and your mind and restore balance. The health benefits of Yoga and Pilates are endless and also vary per individual. To name a few, Yoga and Pilates help relieve stress, depression, poor posture, insomnia, and headaches. Individual results may vary and we encourage you to communicate your concerns to your instructor to ensure your sessions will provide you with the most benefits.

Yoga Spring 2018

Beginner’s Restorative Yoga – 10 Class Session starting Thursdays at 7:30pm from April 5 – June 7, 2018

Instructor: Greta Davis

This class will help to stabilize and strengthen while increasing flexibility and mobilization of your body. De-stress, release, and rebalance. We will end with a relax that creates a deep sense of calm.
