Urs has been teaching since 1986 and is passionate about providing safe, effective and enjoyable classes to participants of all levels of experience.  She is certified in Yoga, Pilates, and general Group Fitness Protocols.  She believes strongly in providing a supportive and non-competitive environment where there is room for self discovery and fun!
