About Yoga

At MacAskill Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, we are working on ways to calm your body and your mind and restore balance. The health benefits of Yoga and Pilates are endless and also vary per individual. To name a few, Yoga and Pilates help relieve stress, depression, poor posture, insomnia, and headaches. Individual results may vary and we encourage you to communicate your concerns to your instructor to ensure your sessions will provide you with the most benefits.

Winter Yoga 2020

Walk in: Visit MacAskill Chiropractic and Wellness Centre at 500 Dundas Street West, Whitby to complete the registration form and process payment (accepting cash, debit, and credit card).

Drop-In Classes: $25 taxes included (please call the office a minimum of 2 hours before classes begins to confirm your spot and payment)

Vinyasa Yoga – 12 Class Session: January 23rd – April 9th

    Becky practices Vinyasa Yoga and has a strong focus on connecting your breath to your movement as well as the importance of self-awareness. She recognizes yoga as a way to harmonize mind, body and soul and to give space within oneself to create a healthy, positive lifestyle.
