• Dr. Avneet Rai D.C.

    Dr. Rai graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and has completed the Neurofunctional Acupuncture program from McMaster University. He is also a certified FRC Mobility Specialist, FR Lower Limb & Spine Provider. He is currently completing the Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS) program.

    Dr. Rai places value in taking his time with his patients to understand their concerns, goals and expectations so that he can develop a patient-specific treatment plan. He uses spinal and extremity manipulation, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, mobility drills, rehab exercises and various other treatment techniques to help his patients achieve those goals and enhance the quality of their life.

    In his free time, you can find him watching the Toronto Raptors, exploring different towns and spending time with his family.

  • Dr. Nirruba Thayalan BMSc., DC

    Dr. Nirruba Thayalan attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, she completed her undergraduate degree at Western University with a Bachelors of Medical Sciences. She is also a certified ART provider.

    Dr. Thayalan is an evidence-based practitioner who believes in providing you with the best possible care. Her vast skill set is effective in treating various musculoskeletal conditions. She utilizes a Diversified Technique in her practice, which combines an array of manual techniques including spinal and extremity manipulation, soft tissue therapy, cupping therapy, and custom orthotics. In addition, Dr. Thayalan creates individualized rehabilitative exercise programs and offers constant educational advice. She is driven to help you achieve your goals, so you can lead a pain-free and healthy lifestyle!

    When she is not treating patients, you can find Dr. Thayalan playing basketball, weight-training, or cooking up a storm. Needless to say, she is an avid Toronto Raptors fan. She also has an extensive knowledge in wines!

    Chiropractic Assistant

    Liz attended George Brown College in the Pre-Health program. She worked in the non-profit sector for three years helping high profile children’s and medical charities raise funds and awareness, because of this Liz is very interpersonal and loves lending a helping hand to others.

    In her free time you can catch her at a concert, going on walks with friends and hanging out at home with her family and cat named London.
