Cathy MacAskillHead Coach
Cathy attended Sir Wilfrid Laurier University where she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1984. In 1992 Cathy made a decision to leave a promising corporate career to raise her family and to work alongside her husband as clinic manager of one of Durham Region’s most successful Chiropractic Clinics. With the opening of MacAskill Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, Cathy has expanded her role as Executive Director. Cathy’s passion in wellness shines through and you can see how focused the centre is to improving your life. Each and every staff member has been trained and is dedicated to your success. Cathy has volunteered her time to numerous charitable organizations, as well as having chaired several School Community Council Boards at both the elementary and secondary school levels.
With a lifelong passion for fitness and nutrition, Cathy has fought hard to maintain a healthy weight-even more so after each of her pregnancies. She has experimented with most popular diets on the market, and as a result has acquired a vast knowledge of both the practical and psychological sides of gaining and losing weight. She is motivating, knowledgeable and understanding. Her positive outlook on weight loss has led to hundreds of dieters successfully losing thousands of pounds and inches since the program’s launch at the clinic in 2011.
Cathy can attest to the effectiveness of the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method having at last found success in losing those last 10 stubborn pounds!
